Ingredients

  • 4 wholegrain bread rolls
  • 1/3 cup caramelised onion salsa
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 150g (8 slices) rare roast beef
  • 1/2 cup sliced chargrilled capsicum
  • 1 1/3 cups trimmed watercress sprig

Directions

Step 1

Cut rolls in half crossways. Spread bases with salsa. Top with cheese, beef, capsicum and watercress. Sandwich with roll tops. Serve.
