Warm up your winter with the unique, golden, buttery & sweet flavour of Inca Gold potatoes.

Inca Gold originated from a family of potato called Phureja, grown in the Andean valleys of South America.

Lovingly grown by the native peoples of South America for centuries, early European explorers also fell in love with the unique taste of these potatoes.

Luckily for us, Inca Gold potatoes are perfectly suited to the rich volcanic soils in New Zealand.

An exotic potato grown to be enjoyed only during our winter months. Inca Gold have a uniquely sweet and buttery flavour shared with no other potato on the market. Make the most of them while they’re here. They’re perfect for roasting and baking.
