Spicy Piccolo Pieces

  • 700g bag of Piccolos Medley
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil

Rub Ingredients

  • 1 table spoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


  1. For the rub, combine all ingredients in a glass jar, close the lid and shake to blend. Store the rub at room temperature.
  2. Cut the potatoes into halves or thirds and place in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with Spud Rub. Toss to coat. (you wont need to use all the rub)
  3. roast in a fan oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden
