Ingredients
900 grams of Vivaldi Gold
3 TBS butter
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
In a microwave safe dish with a lid add washed unpeeled baby russets and microwave for 10 min or until potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork
Let potatoes set 2 minutes and dice into 1 inch chunks
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet or large saute pan on Med High and add the potatoes, salt and pepper and garlic powder
Saute until potatoes start to brown about 10 min
Add the ham and saute for 5 min
Add the shredded cheese and remove from heat and set for 5 min until the cheese is melted
