'Carrot cake' dip

  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Wilcox carrot, plus carrot sticks to serve
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


  • Step 1 Combine the cream cheese, grated carrot, rind, juice, cinnamon and honey (optional) in a serving bowl until combined.
  • Step 2 Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to taste. Serve with carrot sticks.
